I purchased this last year and it was great for about 3 months. Then the memory foam got softer to the point that it was uncomfortable. I contacted the company (who told me it has a 20 year warranty) and their suggestion was to buy a different mattress from them that was less than 14" and it wouldn't be as soft. Also, they currently sell this exact mattress directly under the name Happy2EZ for $1100. The website is [...]. The other thing I should mention is that I bought this exact bed less than a year ago for $600 and now they are trying to sell it for triple the price. Had I reviewed this bed within the first 3 months of owning it, I would have given it 5 stars. But now that it has gotten too soft to sleep in and the "20 year warranty" wasn't honored, I don't believe it is even worth the $600 I paid, let alone the $1800 they are asking for now.
