I wasn't sure what to expect considering the low price but we were pleasantly surprised! We love it! We wanted a firm mattress, and it is firm alright(we do have the mattress on a plywood platform), and yet supremely comfortable. The memory foam top isn't as squishy as it looks in the picture, but you can definitely feel your body settling in and being supported. It's soothing and relaxing to lie down and feel the foam conforming underneath you, like being firmly cradled. I used to wake up with backaches, but not anymore! I don't know how it compares to the thicker mattresses that cost three times as much - but if you're looking for a good mattress that won't break the bank this is an exceptional value!

Purchased a 12" Queen size memory foam mattress from this company less than a year ago. Almost immediately lost support in the base layer which made you feel as though you were going to fall out of bed. Led to many bad nights of sleep & back aches. Contacted company (which almost never answers phone) & they finally agreed to send a new base layer. That was over a month ago. Still no mattress & still not answering the phone. Stay away from this company!!!!
